[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone Total Heat Flow

Is it possible to determine how much heat is entering or leaving a zone during each time step?

So far I can account for the zone's total heating energy (people, lights, equipment, etc.) [OutputVariable: Zone Total Internal Heating Energy] and the heating or cooling energy supplied by the building's HVAC system [Output:Variable: Zone Air System Sensible Heating (or Cooling)

. However, I cannot determine how much heat is entering the zone from the outside environment or other zones.

Any insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated. I am a new user to EneryPlus and I am still a bit overwhelmed by the software and included documentation. Thanks in advance!!
