You also may want to set variables for your zone temp, cooling setpoint, and heating setpoint to see if you are actually exceeding these limits with your cooling coil at 0 design. If you have a storage space that generates no load and is an interior zone as well as on a setback schedule then the cooling load will probably be zero. Next, try reducing your inputs to the cooling coil one by one and see which of them is causing the dewpoint warning. I'd start with the Wair,out first.
