Hello All,
I'm modeling a simple one-window test hut on EnergyPlus. It
will be tested inside an environmental chamber with lamps simulating solar
radiation. The lamps aim to the side with the window (vertical) and remain
fixed. The lamps' spectrum is close to that of the Sun's, but don't behave well
when dimmed lower than 70% output (we turn them off).
I am open to suggestions, ideas or examples on how one would
approach this setup?
I've used "SurfaceProperty:SolarIncidentInside"
and "ComplexFenestrationProperty:SolarAbsorbedLayer" using a
user-defined weather file, but the results seem erroneous. I'll continue to
test some more in the meantime.
Your help is appreciated.
Cheers,
Vasken Dermardiros
