No. This happens because you're entering bad sizing data for your equipment. My suggestion would be to leave as many fields as possible to autosize, including design coil outlet and humidity ratios, if possible. Or accept that the program has automatically altered your impossible sizing requirements as best it can. It has (almost) nothing to do with your climate per say. 
As a good rule of thumb, don't ignore warnings that you don't understand.
