You do not need to specify the same multiplier factor to the window surface. The multiplier for the window surface is if you want to multiply the window on the base surface. The Zone Multiplier calculates the loads in the space, including the window, and multiplies it by the Zone Multiplier, so it's assuming the load from the window applies to all the zones in the multiplier.
