Hi Marco,
I have another suggestion for you. While your code will result in a schedule that meets your requirements, it will change every time you run the model, making it difficult to compare results between runs. Another option is to use a Schedule:File object that references an external file where hourly schedule values have been developed using your formula. The advantage to this is that you can do multiple model runs and compare results.
