[EnergyPlus_Support] Electricity building does not tally with the sum of Electricity:(lighting,HVAC, equipment)

Hello all,
Pasted below is the output for a single storey, big-box retail prototype. I wonder why the EUI for Electricity: Building appears to be lower than the sum of Electricity:IntLtg, Electricity:HVAC & InteriorEquipment:Elec. Could anyone kindly shed some light? I am new to EnergyPlus and trying to figure things out.

	Electricity:IntLtg 	31.36
	Electricity:HVAC  	15.04
	Cooling:Electricity  	11.97
	Heating:Electricity 	0.22

	InteriorEquipment:Elec 	6.41
