[EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Plus for

My building has an Air handling Unit serving a number of PIU's The AHU has a hot water coil and a cooling coil, but the hot water and chilled water comes into the building via a campus loop.  I don't have a chiller, boiler, etc.  How do I exclude these components from the model?  I am getting errors saying branch not found.
