Another possibility is using an electric boiler and a pump with no pressure rise (therefore no pump power) for modeling the electric heating side.

mmm...try AirLoopHVAC:UnitaryHeatCool. If your system is served by a central AHU, you may need to split the zone virtually and
then add a zone:mixing object across the virtual partition to mix the air fully.
