I wonder if I can just delete mixing chamber and only supply 100% outdoor air. (I have a radiant system for meeting cooling and heating demand).

This is a tricky subject. If the AHU has no mixing chamber and recirculation is impossible, it can simplify matters. I suggest you start this way and figure out how the sizing:zone object passes load calculated air flow rates to the ADU and to the sizing:system object (ADU can also be set to control on OutdoorAir). Then figure out that the sizing:system object receives this info from all zones and usually sizes the supply side (AHU) componants based on this flowrate (i.e. to meet the complete zone loads with air), unless you tell it to size on the "ventilation rate" instead of "sensible".
