Thanks for your response. What you said is to specify that a zone is conditioned or not, that's right ? Actually my problem is to specify that my duct object belong to this zone. I modelled an electric furnace which heats the main zone of the house, but ducts are located in an unconditionned crawlspace. And I don't know how to link my duct object to the crawlspace ...

You just use a normal zone object, but set the part of zone area option to "No" then do not include any heating or cooling to the zone.
