Anna,

There is an ASHRAE IWEC2 weather file for Durban (ZAF_DURBAN-INTL-AP_685880_IW2).  For a full list of 3,012 IWEC2 weather files, see <http://www.whiteboxtechnologies.com/IWEC2_locations.txt>www.whiteboxtechnologies.com/IWEC2_locations.txt.  The entire set of  IWEC2 set (*.CSV format only, no *.EPW) is available on a DVD from ASHRAE (Google ASHRAE IWEC2 for link) for $229.  Individual IWEC2 files are available from my Web site for $35 each, which come in three formats including *.EPW as well as the *.DDY file needed by EnergyPlus.   There is no student discount, because the price is already very reasonable.
