  Description : So, this weather file:


Outdoor dry bulb temperature - 40-20 sinusoidal temp all year round
Beam Normal Radiation - Semi - Sinusoidal Curve
Diffuse Radiation - Semi Sinusoidal Curve (This too I would recommend that you go in the .csv and set it to Zero)


The location for greenville, all that does is allows Energyplus to calculate the irradiance on each surface by inputting the Azimuth and Altitude angle. There is no way around that in the weather file. I dont think.
