Glad to know that many people have the same problem. I have reported it on EnergyPlus's website and hope this could get their attention. It seems to me the radiant system module is not very stable in E+ and it uses thermostat in sizing period but use its own temperature control in actual simulation period (from I/O reference). I wonder maybe that's where the problem occured?
