[EnergyPlus_Support] Solar collector + Storage tank + Gas boiler + Floor heating [2 Attachments]

Dear,

I am trying to simulate system that consists of solar collectors, storage tank (nominal capacity = 0), gas boiler and floor heater. I am wondering is it possible that gas boiler reheats the water from the storage tank if there is no enough heat from solar collectors. I simulated the mentioned system, there is no errors but the results point out there is no boiler (gas consumption = 0). Also the air temperature in the rooms are below setpoint temperatures. In the attachement is the list of used objects and SVG diagram.
