As far as I understand, the design supply air flow and temperature defined in sizing:zone ARE used in the zone load calculation, and therefore for zone equipment sizing.

Just a development suggestion... I would like that Autosize could take into account outdoor air when sizing zone equipment. Outdoor Air through the mechanical system is not always conditioned and Autosize method can lead to undersized zone equipment if you are not aware of this.
