[EnergyPlus_Support] Documentation - Tables of contents

Here's a request to the people who deal with the e+ documentation:

I find it a bit hard to navigate the tables of contents of some of the manuals. For example, the EngineeringReference.pdf manual's table of contents itself has 26 pages, the InputOutputReference.pdf table of contents has 46 pages!
And all the levels use the same font size, and not even bold is used. Perhaps you could enhance this, and make these levels in with different font size and/or make use of bold.
