Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] wall-shading device

Hi,

You can use the Shading:Zone:Detailed object for that. Look into the Input/Output Reference manual.

Best,
Julien

Hi,

I've got a slat-type shading device, consisting of flat, equally-spaced slats that is placed along the entire lenght of a wall. I would like to calculate the solar and thermal effects of the shading device not on the window but on the wall. Any ideas on how I could simulate the slat-type wall-shading device?

Thank you in advance,

Anna
