I checked with Google Earth and found that Fasham is on the outskirts of Teheran 20 km to the northeast of downtown. The closest met station is simply Teheran Mehrabad Airport that's 30 km away. About 20 years ago I created a "typical year" weather file for this location using data provided to me by a colleague in Teheran. I contributed it to the EnergyPlus Weather web site, but I think it's been removed for unexplained reasons. I will send you that weather file in e-mail to avoid clogging up the Bulletin Board.
I would not recommend using Meteonorm or reanalysis weather data because this weather is based on actual recorded weather data and is closer than the 35 km grid used in reanalysis.
