Hi All

 

I created a mutlti-zone EP model with double glazed windows in all wall facades, and simulation worked fine.  However, when I tried to report on window surface temperature, in the IDF file under:

Output:Variable;

Obj1: Surface Window Back Face Temperature Layer 1

 

I found zeros in the output file under all the windows of the thermal zones.  Other outputs such as heat loss flux, transmitted solar radiation, etc are OK

 

I appreciate very much any clue to solve this issue, if it is not a bug in EP.
