Search for "ElectricEquipment" in InputOutput reference. EquipmentLevel choice in 'Design Level Calculation Method' input field allows you to model individual equipment.

E+ defines plug loads lumped together as watts/floor area for each zone with a schedule. How can I  model individual appliances?
