I would also add to some extent two more good quality journals though papers here are more related to HVAC and IT applications (you need to explore a bit). These are Applied Energy and Advanced Engineering Informatics

Lastly, IBPSA, ASHRAE, and ASME also have conferences that are either devoted to or include building energy simulations as a topic, so those conference proceedings are also fertile ground for finding  articles or technical papers.
