[EnergyPlus_Support] Boiler Loop control

Dear Forum,

Apparently all of my boiler loops in the last few years have been operating constantly, such as would be the case for reheat systems.  I have forgotten how to make a boiler turn off in the summer months. Neither the boiler nor the pump objects have an availability schedule like fans or coils...

Will one of you be kind enough to point me in the right direction?
