[EnergyPlus_Support] CentralHeatPumpSystem

I am trying to simulate CentralHeatPumpSystem with a geothermal loop. The hourly results indicate no flow through the geothermal loop (source). Could you hint what might be going wrong. Here are "some" of the errors I am getting:

** Warning ** Capacity ratio as a function of temperature curve output is not equal to 1.0
   **   ~~~   ** (+ or - 10%) at reference conditions for ChillerHeaterPerformance:Electric:EIR= CO2CHILLERHEATERPERF
   **   ~~~   ** Curve output at reference conditions = 1.166

   ** Severe  ** CalcChillerHeaterModel: ChillerHeaterPerformance:Electric:EIR="CO2CHILLERHEATERPERF", DeltaTemp < 0
   **   ~~~   **  Reference Simultaneous Cooling-Heating Mode Leaving Condenser Water Temperature [60.0]
**   ~~~   ** is below condenser inlet temperature of [81.8].
   **   ~~~   **  During Warmup, Environment=WINTER DESIGN DAY IN OC, at Simulation time=01/15 00:00 - 00:10
**   ~~~   **  Reset reference temperature to one greater than the inlet temperature

** Severe  ** FindRootSimpleController: Controller error for controller = "MAU1 AHU COOLING COIL CONTROLLER"
   **   ~~~   **  Environment=OC, at Simulation time=01/01 07:00 - 07:01
**   ~~~   **   Controller function is inconsistent with user specified controller action = "" action
