You should check example file generator option on EnergyPlus site. Here is the link for that. You can generate all baseline system type through that. Additionally, EnergyPlus IDF HVAC Template can also be used to generate Baseline systems.

someone has a idf template model for each AppG system based on ASHRAE 90.1-2007?

More specifically, the systems 4, 6 and 8.
