[EnergyPlus_Support] New to modelling - Zones not meeting set point [1 Attachment]

Hi guys,

I'm new to EnergyPlus and am currently working on my first energy model.  There's a single floor of the building that i'm modelling, and looking at the outputs for a week in summer and winter it seems that conditioned zones are not meeting the temperature setpoint.  

I'm had a look at a few things but am struggling to figure it out, it would be great is anyone could tell me where I've gone wrong!  I've attached the .idf.
