Previously, I have received help from here in a very timely manner, and I am
extremely grateful. I created a IDF file from Sketchup to import into
EnergyPlus. However, I am close to simulating the model yet keep running
into a few errors, as listed below. The full Error text is copied below and
the IDF file has also been attached if needed.
1.
** Severe ** DetermineShadowingCombinations: Surface="A3A685" is a casting surface and is non-convex.

I do not have access to Sketchup anymore, nor do I have the original Sketchup file. How can I fix this issue?

** Severe ** For autosizing of ZoneHVAC:TerminalUnit:VariableRefrigerantFlow TU1, a zone sizing run must be done.
** ~~~ ** No "Sizing:Zone" objects were entered.
I was told that I should remove Sizing:Zone objects due to a previous
error that I was receiving, therefore there are no objects under
Sizing:Zone. However, when I enter objects in Sizing:Zone, I receive
another error that states " ** Warning ** Calculated design heating load
for zone=THERMAL ZONE: 1ST STORY PROCESSING THERMAL is zero. ** ~~~
** Check Sizing:Zone and ZoneControl:Thermostat inputs." I cannot
figure out if I should have Sizing:Zone Objects or not? Please advise.
The IDF file has been attached for further clarification.
