Don't know of a specific example file, but the following HVACTemplate objects are a good place to start IMO.

HVACTemplate:System:PackagedVAV

HVACTemplate:Zone:VAV:FanPowered

Happy to help if you have more questions, most of the projects I've worked on are System 6.

Is anyone familiar with modeling ASHRAE baseline system 6? Is there an example files show this system?

I tried using the example file generator to create a baseline system 6 file, but I haven't received any files yet.
