There are also 2 IWEC2 weather files for Cardiff (Cardiff-AP WMO 037150 and Cardiff-Weather-Cen WMO 037170). IWEC2 (International Weather for Energy Calculations 2) weather files were developed by ASHRAE in 2011 and covers 3,012 locations outside of US and Canada. The entire set of IWEC2 files (in *.CSV format) are available from ASHRAE. Individual files or country sets are available online in *.EPW format from White Box Technologies.
