You can report the mass flow for each crack or window in and out. You can report the outdoor wind speed and direction. However, there is no such thing as a zone internal air speed report. Even with a CFD simulation, you would need to choose a grid node and time to report such a value. As an indication, you could corrilate ACH with an average velocity in the occupied zone, but it's a big guess. Zone high air velocities are mostly mainly thermally driven, unless you have huge amounts of air flowing through the zone and even then they will influence if the air is moving over the floor, against the ceiling or whatever.
