The "too many fields" error almost always arises for the reason mentioned in the error message, which is a misplaced or missing semicolon.

Look at your IDF at that location and see if there is a missing semicolon somewhere above the problem line.

Another possibility is that you are using a newer version of E+ and haven't updated your IDF.
