[EnergyPlus_Support] CentralChillerHeaterSystem

hi, I am simulating a water to water heat pump, it means I can have chilled water from evaporator and have hot water from condenser. Refer to "CentralChillerHeaterSystem_Simultaneous_Cooling_Heating" of example files from energyplus, but I discover in this example simulation, the "CHILLERHEATERMODULE:Chiller Heater Cooling Rate Unit 1 [W]" is more larger than "CHILLERHEATERMODULE:Chiller Heater Condenser Heat Transfer Rate Unit 1 [W]". I think it is impossible, we had learned first law of thermodynamics. what's wrong? or have other water to water heat pump example model?

Thank you
