Table 3 from Chapter 18 of the ASHRAE Handbook Fundamentals has typical numbers. Doesn’t include LEDs. It would be interesting to hear if anyone has similar info
on LEDs. From: EnergyPlus_Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:EnergyPlus_Support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
Hi, Typically, in EnergyPlus, we work with power (watts) and other parameters (radiant fraction, fraction visible, fraction replaceable) when mounting the lighting environments. Do you know any calculation or default values to find the heat dissipation according to the type of lamp? We know that the dissipation of an incandescent bulb of 60W, it would be totally different from a 60W LED. I have only considered the powers in the simulations, but in these projects I want to show the real impact on the heat load, comparing the types of lamp. If you have some calculations about this or a default values, i'll be grateful. Thanks, regards. Técg. Ivan Mezzacapa Projetista de Ar Condicionado / Consultor em Eficiência Energética
