[EnergyPlus_Support] How to draw a louvre on the external windows?

dear all.

I have a model with 9 stories and square plane.

 I wolud like to apply a louvre for each of the external windows. 

Should I use "Exterior Blind" ? 

Could you tell me how i have to do, please?
