You can find some examples (sorry some objects are named in Spanish)
I’m using OpenStudio version 1.4 but you will find no problem if you use newer versions .

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows if there are OpenStudio Templates for low-rise residential (single family, detached home).
All I find are commercial, institutional and apartment buildings in the Templates.
I am trying to model a single family home (detached) in Toronto, ON, Canada.
