The coil object points to each of the several curve objects, which are created in the spreadsheet. Start with the coil object and put the appropriate curve name in each field.

Also, look at an example file for additional guidanceÂ

I just used the curvefit tool in EnergyPlus to generate the performance coefficient.
Any idea on how to manually input this into BEopt or the IDF file in EP+
