I want to insert polymer instead of amorphous silicon for example.
and these type of silicons are the default of the program.so I thought I should change and manipulate the source of the program. am I right?

You don't need to modify the source code to add new materials or solar cell modules. You can add these directly to your IDF file. See the input documentation for Material to add a polymer material, and PhotovoltaicPerformance:Simple (or PhotovoltaicPerformance:Sandia or PhotovoltaicPerformance:EquivalentOne-Diode) to add a new solar cell type.
