RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Dedicated outdoor air VRF system

Hi Jin, how are you?

There is a simple way to do this. All the time that i need to create VRF systems with DOAS, i'm using this objects:

HVACTemplate:Thermostat
HVACTemplate:System:VRF
HVACTemplate:Zone:VRF
HVACTemplate:System:DedicatedOutdoorAir

You can create this DOAS system and input then in VRF zone template, like your project is demonstrating. Execute a simulation and for more details, check the exp.idf archive.

Hope this help you!

Best regards,

Hello, users!

How to model VRF system which serving the zone with duct as attached picture (Left side system) ?

Is it possible to put "ZoneHVAC:TerminalUnit:VariableRefrigerantFlow" into "Branch" and make an "AirLoopHVAC"? (Like the way to model DOAS with FCU)
If not, could you please tell me how to solve this problem?
Thanks very much!!
