[EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling tower in a water cooled VRF system

Hi, 

I used the HVAC Templates to set up a water cooled VRF system, all values for the system and zones are set to autosize, the cooling tower is a two speed type.

After running a simulation I realized that the cooling tower does not turn on at any time. I can´t find the reason of this.
