[EnergyPlus_Support] Using two Heat Balance Algorithm in one simulation?

Hi, 

I want to simulate a room with a Radiant cooling system in ceiling and

PCM(phase change material) boards in walls..

Is it possible to choose a "Conduction Finite Difference" algorithm in "Heat Balance Algorithm"

[to take into account PCMs] AND! also use a "Conduction Transfer Function" algorithm

in "Surface Property:Heat Transfer Algorithm" for ceiling surface or ceiling construction, to calculate

Radiant cooling effects?
