Air flow to individual zones is handled by the AirTerminal:SingleDuct:Uncontrolled object.  Each zone that is part of the air loop will have one of these when air is supplied to the zone from that air loop.
Zones which have extract, but no supply can be handled with a ZoneCrossMixing object.

Thanks, these are good ideas BUT what if the AHU is supplying fresh air to more than one zones and also if some of the zones have only extract grills instead of having both supply and extract grills (e.g. in cleaner's room)?

Do I have to model grills and volume controlled dampers? Do I have to model in detail the mass flow rate going into each branch of the duct/room? Please see attached the configuration of one the AHU.
