Or, as one recent poster indicated, you can do a cityfinder that will
find weather that is close to the same conditions as your location:
There is web tool called "Surrogate City Finder". It is
developed by the Centre for IT in Building Science (CBS), International
Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India. This is a web
based tool that shortlists the best-matched weather based on parameters
such as the latitude, altitude, and temperature range.
You can use it.

Change values in Modify if you are not able to find in first.
Please give some feedback or suggestion on this tool, I ll share it with
the developers.
