Have a look at global sensitivity techniques - try Global Sensitivity Analysis: the primer by Saltelli et al. I think the book refers to the simlab software but this is not supported anymore (and has recently disappeared from the website).
JEPlus is useful for parametric analysis but you can’t do morris method/elementary effects directly in it at the moment: www.jeplus.org
I’ve been using variance techniques and morris method to do something similar using a combination of matlab code to edit idf files and JEPlus to execute them in batches then analysing the results in matlab.
