Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] weather data

There are ASHRAE IWEC2 weather files for 22 locations in Iran, but not for the two locations you mentioned.   However, there is plenty of historical weather data for Bushehr and Shahrekord from which "typical year" weather files could be created on request. The attached GoogleEarth map shows all locations in Iran for which WBT has data,  green dots for IWEC2 stations and  yellow dots for other locations.

IWEC2 (International Weather for Energy Calculations) weather files were developed in a 4-year ASHRAE project utilizing actual weather reports from thousands of stations throughout the world going back 25 years, and covers locations outside of the United States and Canada. The entire set of 3,012 IWEC2 weather files is available on a DVD from ASHRAE (see the ASHRAE bookstore listing here).  IWEC2 weather files in various formats, including *.EPW, are available online from WBT either individually or as country or region sets.

For a complete list of all IWEC2 stations, see here.
For a list of stations with 2014 data, see here  for international locations or here  for US and Canadian locations.

For details on online access to IWEC2 weather files, see http://weather.whiteboxtechnologies.com.
