You can use OpenStudio to do a sensitivity analysis in using EnergyPlus. If you want to make datapoints by hand you could use the Parametric Analysis Tool (PAT).

If you wanted to do a larger analysis with defined distributions for each variable you can use our spreadsheet analysis workflow.
