Actually, for the output variable and output meter results, if you are using EP-Launch, there is an option under VIEW .. OPTIONS .. MISCELLANEOUS to check called "Convert ESO/MTR to IP units". This causes the convertESOMTR program to run. The conversions are all documented in the \PostProcess\convertESOMTR\convert.txt file.

For the Eplusout.html, you can switch with output:Table:Style object and set Unit Conversion to JtoKW (or any of the others including InchPound).For the Output:Variable stuff, there's no option that I know of that will do it for you... You'll have divide by 3600000 as Jim pointed out. If you want "automatic", you'll have to write a preprocessing script;
