I have not attempted to do so, but E+ has water usage objects and I suspect that you can set these to monitor the amount of water used by the evap system.

If, instead, you are interested in measuring the sensible cooling energy provided by the evap cooling, you could create a Meter:Custom for Output:Variables like:

• Zone Air System Sensible Cooling Rate or 
• Zone Predicted Sensible Load to Setpoint Heat Transfer Rate
  

Note: I haven't tried the second option either, but it seems that it should work well.

I was with the same problem (that is a understanding problem). The problem is that we do not have energy comsumption for the fans, only for heating (elétrica resistence). Where would be the evaporative cooling comsumption for the environmental cooling (fan comsumption)?
