It's not difficult to do this in the spreadsheet which has an enthalpy function and results in a one or a zero for each hour of the weather year. Copy the ones and zeros for each hour into a separate file and export as a (text) .CSV file and you'll be OK

Meaning for example if OA node enthalpy is less than value defined then equipment will be available (1) else its not (0)
