[EnergyPlus_Support] RH > 100%

Hi ,

In weather data of my city Alexandria [Site Outdoor Relative humidity %] at 26/12 5:40 is 139.3333%

  and so is number of points in 26/12 and the following days .

How is that ever possible ? how RH could be greater than 100% ?
