[EnergyPlus_Support] Which output value to use for comparing two buildings

Hi,

I am trying to do a comparative study on  building where I vary the window sizes and select the best alternative. For this, I model the buildng in E+ with a ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadSystem system. 

What is the best output value to use when comparing two instances of the same building with different window sizes?
